Apollyon was a neighborhood in the Richland district.
Apollyon basically consists of a waterfront lined with seedy looking wharfs and abandoned warehouses. The top nightspot there is known as Jacob's Ladder. It was the residence of the 5 Points Gang.

The Cypherites came across evidence of an investigation by the Machines of override code use in Apollyon, but Agent Pace claimed to be unable to provide them with any information beyond speculation that one or even both of the wireframed intruders was involved.
