Baldwin Heights

Baldwin Heights was a neighborhood surrounded by other neighborhoods in Downtown. This place serves as the home for the middle class managers and young "up-and-comer" Bluepill workers. it is also the home to the Exile contact known as The Coroner. However, one of the downsides of this neighborhood is the residing gang known appropriately as the Assassins, led by Voltan, who view their murders as a work of art. Sergeant Wynn is a collector in the area that is at war with the gang.
