Biography[]
Chuck Whitemore was a tech specialist for the Libertas vertas group. despite his useful technology skills, it is said that he suffers paranoia, which could be an obstacle with the group. After the bombings, his relationship of the group became strained, finally leaving them when Pileas was captured. he then sided with the Machinists and revealed his former group's plan's.
He also served as an investigator during the time of the Hallow Present Killer.
he also has a partner who helps in these investigations called Olero.
