Big Dog was the leader of the Dog Pound gang in Lamar. He is second in authority to Sammy "Lilac" Wien.

The Dog Pound Leader leads the gang or "pack" through intimidation and fear. He is also known to pit fellow gang members against each other to weed out the weak and to identify any potential rivals to dispose of.
