The Brothers of Destiny was a gang located in Akasaka. it was led by John Moira.
The most notable thing about the gamg is that they are the opposite number of the Sisters of Fate, where they have a love/hate relationship. Despite bitterly hating each other, the two gangs need one another for certain synergistic purposes. They also have very different ideologies.
