Current leader of the gang: Jack the Hack
The Choppers was a gang that was located in Uriah. They were formerly led by FastBack, but was later replaced by Jack the Hack. The gang was mostly comprised of hardened criminals whose main trade were stealing and disassembling vehicles, the gang was named after this main trade.
