Mr. Rhineheart was Neo's former boss at MetaCortex. He wore a suit and a tie, similar to what the Agents wear.[1]

After meeting Trinity in a nightclub[2], Neo woke up late the workday after and had shown up late for work. Mr. Rhineheart then called Neo into his office and told him off, reminding him that he was not above the rules. Rhineheart also threatened Neo to an ultimatum: either get to work on time or find another job.[1]
