Itarrot was a male Cypherite who served as the liaison aboard the Blue Dreamer after the death of the traitorous Diversus. He enlisted Tranta and Haigen to assist him. He later resigned in order to work on more important issues in the Real world, and was replaced by Esime.
He is always willing to make sacrifices to further the Cypherite's cause. It is know that he has a personal operative named Eramastica.
