Override Executable

Override Executables were a type of program that was summoned/created by the Oligarch known as Halborn. They take the form of a blue semi-transperant humanoid. it was lv 70 which functions as a boss creature. The Executables also appear similar to another type of Oligarch spawn, the Override Functions.
