Piqo was a computer hacker when he was a bluepill, and would later serve as one of Diced's crewmembers aboard his hovercraft.

EPN was tipped off to the existence of information regarding the "biological interface program" by a hacker named Piqo. He found a reference to it in a two-month-old Machine data archive. However, an overwhelming security counter-attack by Agents at the site prevented EPN from retrieving any data.

- It is believed that his redpill name is an allusion to his small stature, of which he expresses his pride.
