Rose is the youngest of the Spectrum Siblings which are Exiles in the Matrix. She is extremely insecure and constantly tries to prove herself to the other siblings, especially Indigo.
Her personality is vulnerable and fragile. She is somewhat feels hurt in the inside by the constant bickering and conflict.
She is based in the Southard neighborhood of Westview in Mega City.
