SIMLO (short for Simulated Interactively Managed Liaison Officer) was a program that acted as a Machinist liaison in the Syntax server.

SIMLO was created for the purpose of communicative versatuiility. he is able to learn and emulate from interactions, as well as showing a particular interest in the other organizational operatives for the obligation of diplomacy. Even though he is a machine, this program continues to experience new and effective ways to communicate information between controller and operatives.
