The Surface Seekers were Machines who patrolled the surface and were mostly sighted or encountered outside cities.
Surface Seekers were encountered by humans when in the surface. They used multiple limbs to scour the land, and also used their many arms as weapons. In total, they had four legs for locomotion, two claw-like arms for utility and attacking, and two more long tentacles to support their actions. Their main body stood approximately at least 8 feet above ground, was covered with sensors, and the entire Machine had armor seemingly tougher than those of the sentinels, withstanding the attack of even multiple Resistance members. Their sensors were also able to record footages of their surroundings.
Battle of the Wheat Fields[]

During the battle, two Surface Seekers were more than enough to decimate the farmers of Zion. The exact details of the battle were later discovered after the Resistance were able to retrieve the footages through hacking.
