Vlad is a Vamp and a powerful henchman to the Merovingian. When Niobe went to the Chateau, he captured her. She escaped and fought him. He appears to be the leader of the weaker Vamps in the Merovingian's Chateau.
After Vamp Prime's termination, it is assumed that Malphas took over as leader of the Vamps working for the Merovingian, and was succeeded by Malphas after his own destruction.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit
Vlad has displayed abilities that far exceed the younger, less experienced Vamps that reside in the Chataeu. He is able to dodge shots that would otherwise be fatal(i.e. a crossbow bolt) and can easily match a redpill in hand-to-hand combat. He was able to fight on equal footing with Captain Niobe of the Logos and even able to disable her for a quick getaway.
