Zia was a neighborhood that was located in the Richland district. Unlike most of other neighborhoods, this are does not have any mission contacts. Zia is known as the dead center of the slums. Although it is far less crime-ridden than the other industrial area in Richland, this neighborhood has little future. Some exiles have chosen this place as a less crowded place to carry on violent confrontations, in particular the residing Furies gang (who are also located in Kedemoth) against the Silver Bullets (who are from Dannah Heights).
